Spend 2 nights in Whitehorse with guided nightly Aurora Borealis excursions to view the dancing waves of colours painted across the sky. Explore the city sights at leisure during the day or perhaps take an optional dog sledding tour. Fly to Dawson for a further 2 nights, where you’ll be taken on several guided tours, including a City and Goldfield tour plus nightly guided Northern Lights viewing. On day 5 you’ll head back to Whitehorse for an overnight stay, your northern experience concludes upon check out.

Itinerary

Upon arrival in Whitehorse, you will be transferred to your hotel. Tonight, depart with your guide to view the dancing waves of colours painted across the sky on your first Aurora Borealis excursion. Stay the next two nights in Whitehorse.

Spend the day exploring the sights of Whitehorse at leisure. Choose to take an optional dog sledding tour or try snowshoeing on Fish Lake (own expense). Enjoy an evening Aurora Borealis viewing excursion.

This morning, transfer to Whitehorse Airport for your flight to Dawson City. On arrival, you will be met and transferred to your hotel. Over the next two days, your guide will take you on several guided tours, including a City and Goldfields Tour, a visit to Dawson City Museum including admission, and a Dawson City Historic Walking Tour. In addition, each night will include a guided Northern Lights Viewing Tour. Stay the next two nights in Dawson City.

Spend a leisurely morning in Dawson City before being transferred to the airport for your midday flight back to Whitehorse. On arrival you will be met and transferred to your hotel. The afternoon is free to explore the city. Overnight in Whitehorse.
